- The law requires that bicyclists drive with traffic.
- All bicyclists age one through 13 are required to wear approved bike helmets when operating a bicycle or as a passenger. Child passengers aged one through four must also ride in child safety seats.
- Only pre-teenage children are allowed to ride a bicycle on a sidewalk.
